Ferguson Electric was founded in 1925 by Roy T. Ferguson as a two-person shop specializing in industrial/electrical services, and in 1948, son Thomas R. Ferguson assumed leadership of the growing company. From 1983 until 2019, under the leadership of Lee T. Ferguson, the company transformed itself into a multi-million dollar business, and now employs over 150 full-time skilled professionals using state-of-the-art equipment and technology. Ferguson is particularly well-known for its ability to work in harmony with both merit and organized trades on a wide range of projects throught the Northeast Region. In 2019, Lee's son, Ryan L. Ferguson, assumed the role of President. Through a recession, political change and a technological revolution, Ferguson has retained its reputation for excellence and continues to deliver above and beyond their customers’ expectations.
