Description
This project includes a 118,000 sq. ft. addition and a 112,000 sq.ft. renovation of a state-of-the-art university library. HVAC service includes 75,000 CFM air handlers, new cooling towers and chillers, and all plumbing services.

On the electrical side, the job includes high voltage switchgear, electrical power distribution, emergency generator, inverter system, fire alarm, and low voltage lighting control.
